Such a great video!
I'm not a professional but I draw a lot and whenever I lack inspiration I start making geometrical shapes within other shapes with a thin line and I'm also calling them "scaffolds" haha! Immediately my brain picks it up and acts like a computer, generating me an image. This is the best practice when you're having an art-block. Besides, it improves your control and sense of proportions.

This video helped me construct the details of the interior of my spaceship. I'm penciling and inking my science fiction comic book right now. When the original Star Wars was released in cinemas I got hooked on industrial design after becoming addicted to all the design sketches behind that movie's development.
I began sketching myself, but when it came time to get a job all that was quickly forgotten, unfortunately.
